Situated on top of Michinoeki Yoshino, Oto Cosmic Park Hoshi-no-kuni has excellent views of Totsukawa. Far from the city lights, there is an observatory here for star gazing and a planetarium with showings on weekends. With several restaurants, rest areas and hot spring baths, this is a good place to refresh if you are driving through the area.
