Close to Takadashi Station, this professional studio specializes in cos-play style photos. You can choose your costume from among the colorful kimono, and be transformed into an Edo-era geisha or oiran courtesan, with full hair and makeup. Retouching is also available. The quality of the images is very high and the photo sessions are reasonable. You can choose from several different packages depending on the costume and number of photos you want. The staff speak limited English but they have printed English explanations and are used to dealing with tourists from many countries. Recently, they introduced men’s costumes, for those who would rather be a samurai or daimyo.
