Though it’s a little far from the main temple area, the walk through the back streets and small fields to this organic cafe is very pleasant. Set in a spacious garden and old house with views over the countryside, the atmosphere is very relaxing. There are just two choices of set lunch, which change according to what is in season (many of the ingredients are grown here), but sandwiches and cakes are also available. The cafe owner is also a yoga teacher, offering classes three mornings a week. She only takes four people per lesson, so you need to book the class in advance, through the cafe website.
